Wow, this Christmas season, all of our immune systems have gone on vacation. We have all been sharing sickness with each other. Grayson had his first experience with pinkeye. Sticky eye drops plus a wiggly baby= adventure. Wow the nurses I work with make it look easy!

Christmas Recital

This is Violet's second year to take dance! She loves to dance and perform, just like her mommy and aunties do! She had a Christmas recital and performed the cutest routine ever! We love you, little ballerina! You did such a great job!

Turkey Day

Violet went on a great adventure for Thanksgiving! She went to California with Grandma and Grandpa Newbold to visit Aunt Mer, Brady and Stella. We sure missed her around here, but she had some awesome cousin time and made some great memories! She has been talking about it non stop since she came home!

Catch Up-7-8 Months

Life has been busy the past 3 months! Vivi turned 4, and we are having fun celebrating the holidays! Grayson is 8 months old. He continues to be sweet and laid back. He loves to snuggle and be held close! Vivi is his favorite person, he lights up when she is around! He is sitting up great. He is trying to figure 

out crawling and pulling up. He is eating lots of solid foods like a champ! He tried hummus for the first time this month and really liked it! He has two teeth on the bottom and is working on another one on the top! He is sleeping through the night now, which is a big blessing! We live you Gray and can't wait to see what the rest of your first year holds in store for us!

First food for Gray Gray

Grayson had his first taste of real food tonight, avocado. He didn't know what to think, ha! He gagged on his first bite. He had about three more tiny bites and decided the spoon was more fun to chew on! He drank his nighttime bottle SO fast. I think he was happy to have something he liked again!

6 months

Happy 6 months Grayson! You are so sweet, such a charmer! You are rolling all over the place now. Your precious feet and legs never stop moving! You are almost sleeping through the night... You don't love naps, but we are working on making those better. You are very animated and still love to be around your big sister! We are going to give you real food soon. I think you will love it bc you seem very interested in everyone else's food. We thank God for you everyday! You are such a wonderful addition to our family!

Vivi is 4!

Happy birthday to our precious sweet Vivi! You have brought so many blessings to us! You forever changed our lives for the better when you entered the world! I still remember the first time I held you and kissed you. I remember how good your baby head smelled, and your sweet little hands. I am so proud of the sweet smart girl you are becoming! I pray for you everyday that you will make God proud, and always seek Him and His will for your life! I can't wait to see what God has in store for you, little one! You will always be mommy's precious doodle bug! You are funny and friendly, and such a performer. Your life is all about dress up and princesses right now! I am so thankful for your precious life. You are a true gift from God!

Almost

It's almost time for Vivi's fourth birthday party! She had a blast helping address, stamp and mail her invites!!

5 Months

Grayson, you are officially five months old! Wow! I feel like you are growing up at warp speed! You continue to brighten our lives every day! You are laid back, sweet and content most of the time. Mommy is trying to give you lots of practice reaching your developmental milestones, but that doesn't really concern you right now. You would rather lay on your back and play or snuggle and be held. You are almost 18 lbs and are quickly outgrowing your 9 month clothes. You still wake up at night, once or twice. Mommy and daddy are ready for you to outgrow that part. But we wouldn't dare change a single second of your life. We love you SO much and always, always will!
