Followers Fest!
Yay for bloggy followers fest!! Click on the link to read an awesome blog that I love! I am Megan, Christ follower, wife to Evan, mommy to my precious 2 year old Violet. I work full time in a pediatric ER as a Child Life Specialist. My job gives me the daily opportunity to realize how precious the lives of our children are. I see things that seems so awful and big, and in the midst of it all I see that God is ALWAYS greater than the sadness!! I am really a "50's housewife" at heart, and I love to bake and be a mommy. I love working with kids, but if I had it my way, I would be a stay at home mommy with a bakery business. I am trying to be content with where God has placed me in this season of my life. Trying is really the key word here peeps. I fail on a daily basis, but I am constantly reminded of God's grace. I love owls, baking, red lipstick, pretty toes, the smell of my kiddo fresh from the bath, any and all things vintage, music,Chanel, Target, trying to live a natural lifestyle and so much more...I am hoping to make some new bloggy friends soon! Halloween Fun!
We spent the evening at Nini and Brandons house, and had so much fun! Violet was all about passing out candy to the tons of kids and seeing all the fun costumes of all the trick-or-treaters! Thanks for inviting us and for all the yummy food! My camera is now MIA, unfortunately I think I maybe left it at the zoo. So for now, my I-phone is the only camera I have. Finally Fall!
Yay! We are finally having cool weather here, and it is actually beginning to feel like October. Vi has needed long sleeves and hoodies this week! This is my favorite time of year. I love fall decorations and can never seem to get enough pumpkin anything. We are headed to storytime and the park! Hope you have a happy Friday!

Fun at the Zoo!
We recently got a zoo membership! Evan has taken Violet a few times when I have been working, and she is loving it! I took her yesterday and she kept telling me "I walk the WHOLE time." So, needless to say, we left the stroller in the car, and she was super sleepy by the time we got home!
